The Inspicio Launch Program gives a small founding cohort of Amazon Egypt sellers full access to the product at no charge, in exchange for one piece of structured feedback each month.

These terms add to the Terms of Service. Where the two disagree about the Launch Program specifically, these win.

1. The deal, in full

You getWe get
Every feature, with generous limits: 20 AI product research runs a month, 5 team members, 25 tracked competitor brands, and full API access. One feedback submission per calendar month, through the form in the dashboard.
No charge, and no card on file. The right to quote your feedback anonymously when describing what we are building.
A monthly invoice for 0.00 EGP, for your records.Early, honest signal from real sellers on a real marketplace.

Read section 4 before you accept. Free access is revocable, and the programme is time-limited by design.

2. What the plan includes

Generous rather than unlimited. The limits exist so one workspace cannot exhaust shared capacity in an afternoon, not to push you towards a paid tier — there is not one yet.

  • A research run you cancel does not count against the month's allowance.
  • A run that fails on our side does count — we will credit it back if you tell us.
  • Queued requests are not limited. You can ask for as much as you like within the monthly allowance; they simply run one after another.
  • We will tell you before reducing any of these, and we will not reduce them for a workspace already relying on them.

These numbers may go up during the programme as we learn what sellers actually use. If they ever need to come down, existing workspaces keep what they had.

3. Who is eligible

  • Businesses holding an active Amazon selling account on amazon.eg, verified by us before access is granted.
  • One workspace per business.
  • Places are limited and we may close the programme to new registrations at any time.

We restrict this phase to Egyptian sellers deliberately: the point of the cohort is feedback we can check against a marketplace we measure closely. Access will open to other marketplaces in a later phase.

4. The feedback obligation

  • One submission per calendar month, through the feedback form in your dashboard.
  • The form takes a few minutes. It asks what worked, what broke, what you most want next, and what you would pay for the product.
  • Your first month is waived if you were verified after the 15th.
  • Submissions are due by the 28th. We will remind you in the product on the 20th and by email on the 25th.
  • Miss the deadline and your workspace is flagged for review. Nothing is switched off automatically.

Feedback is used to build the product and may be quoted anonymously. We will not attribute a quote to you or your business without asking first.

5. How this ends

Three ways, and you should assume at least one of them will happen.

  1. You leave. Close the account in Settings at any time, for any reason, with nothing owed.
  2. We pause your access. We may suspend a Launch Program workspace at our discretion — most often for repeatedly missed feedback, but the discretion is not limited to that. You will be told the reason, by email and in the product, and a suspended account can still sign in to read it and to export data.
  3. The programme ends. It is a phase, not a permanent tier. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before it closes, and you will be offered a paid plan. You are never rolled onto a paid plan automatically, and no card is ever charged without you entering one.

6. What a pause actually does

Being clear about this, because “paused” is vague and people assume the worst:

  • The dashboard, the API and your integrations stop returning data.
  • Background work stops — no new estimates, no alerts, no research runs. Queued research is cancelled.
  • Nothing is deleted. Your watchlists, research history and connected account are exactly as you left them.
  • You can still sign in, read the reason, and export your data.
  • If the pause is lifted, everything resumes where it stopped.

7. Your data when it ends

  • Export anything you want at any time, including while suspended.
  • If you close the account, we keep the data for 90 days in case it was a mistake, then delete it.
  • If you move to a paid plan, nothing is lost — the workspace continues.
  • Feedback you submitted stays with us, in a form not linked to you, because it is the thing we traded for.

8. What free does not buy

  • No service level agreement, and no uptime guarantee. This is early software and it will break sometimes.
  • Features may change or be removed on short notice, particularly where Amazon forces our hand.
  • Support is best-effort. We answer, and usually quickly, but not to a contractual deadline.
  • The liability cap in the Terms of Service applies, and because you have paid nothing it resolves to 5,000 EGP.

We would rather you knew all of this before signing up than discovered it in a month with a stock decision riding on it.

9. The zero-value invoice

On the first of each month we issue an invoice for the month just ended, for 0.00 EGP, and email it from billing@inspic.io. It records the programme, the period, and whether that month's feedback was received. It exists so your books show what you received and on what basis. No payment is due and no card is held.
